almost forgot that it is a public holi for 1st may! haha! although it does not very applicable to me, cos i dun work on sats also..
went for my virgin gym exp... blur me manage to forget to bring shorts and i have to wear my going-out short to attend the class. :S feel so out of place sia! but i think i can get used to it.. haha.. cos i gt a free 6 month membership... should go more often, so that it will be more worth it..
anyway, the class that i went to is called bodybalance. the description given seems very interesting and relatively easy, " fantastic mind/ body class that integrates Tai Chi, Yoga, Pilates, flexibility and core training with uplifting and inspirational music. This class will leave you feeling refreshed and renewed with a sense of well-being and calmness. " haha, it is misleading for first-timers like me!! mayb too long never exercise alr, just feel tired and aching after that one-hour lesson! now my core muscles are still aching.. :) a good workout i would say.. :)
*sigh* i am a lousy girlfren! always kick up a big fuss over very trival matters!! :( i feel so guilty now.. :( need to keep my lousy temper in check! :( shall try to give my boyfren a bit of surprises here and there! :)
